News says they've been called to rescue a dolphin a day since high winds high tides, and bitter cold. They have been able to send 2 back out to deeper waters, but many have died. About 100 sea turtles have also been rescued.

You know it's cold when Cape Cod Bay starts to freeze. The IFAW is out there right now. Hope whatever animal they are trying to rescue makes it!
