I went to download a picture and was told I've exceeded the limit for Picasa. I don't feel like reading all the "click heres" but I started to see $$$ involved w/ it...uh,no.
Looks like I'll either start a new blog on:
"Tasty Snacks you can eat on your way home from the store and noone ever knows you bought them" ....or figure out what to do...... right now I'll opt for the tasty snack.

How much would it be? I guess you exceeded the storage limits.
Did you back up everything on the external harddrive?
Maybe if that's done you can clean out some Picassa pics?
But really...how much? Maybe it's not that bad.
