I'm tired..it is late...busy weekend.. but feel the need to comment on the day. So I think if anyone asked,I'd say "sure there's another 1/2 bath...it's in the yard."
i wish we had used that option for OUR half bath project. i type this as i sit in our house with no running water... sigh. not the optimal sitch for a woman who is 9 months pregnant. oh well.
I have always wondered why the ads list a two and a half bathroom house as 2.1 bathrooms...shouldn't it be 2.5 baths??...Is this some weird real estate math we don't know about? Would a port-a-potty count as 2.5? Maybe that could boost your profit margin. Check with your friendly agent about this.

I hope it's one of those new style porto-johns that has the Purell dispenser. Those are fantastic.
