My daughter Katy asked me about a single dolphin being released after it had stranded with others that didn't make it. NOAA(Nat'l Oceaonic and Atmospheric Assn.) in the past, would not have alowed a single release of a social species until they started to use the satellite tags.Neat to know they are locating other dolphins and finding friends to travel with!
