um....and this would be appearing because my sister-in-law from next door (who happens 2b a gourmet cook) and says go ahead and pick the nice eggplant.I'm thinking ok, then what do I do w/ it. But, I actually think I will try this....sometime...maybe....before the eggplant rot....

we grilled them...good...w/ tomato and mozzarella and balsamic vinaigrette.
